We are awesome
When we see a newborn we marvel at its perfection so how come we lose that experience? The answer lies in the development of the brain . As we mature we collect thoughts and impressions and organize beliefs the same way we organize files in a computer. Not a romantic notion but a beautiful one if we understand how the mind works.

There is the limbic system which responds to survival and the cortex which has stored the impressons we recorded over time and interprets and asigns them meaning. There is also the observer who evaluated the accuracy of the interpratiations. All these three serve life. In order to experience our life we need to be internally still.
All spiritual practices talk about being still in order to experience the fullness of life. In this stillness we can sense the magnificence of our own life flow, free from evaluations and labels. The place from where everything new can be born is inside of us. Fairytales talk about finding the water spring from which eternal life flows. I believe the fairytale refers to discovering the life flow inside of us because life itself is always perfect and when we sense its flow inside of us we know we are awe-some.
